Taylor joined Carson Design Associates after earning her degree from Ball State University. During her time at Ball State, she was an active member of Alpha Phi, serving in leadership roles as Vice President of Finance and Chapter President. As an alumna, Taylor continues her involvement with the organization and currently serves as a Financial Chapter Advisor for Alpha Phi at Ball State University and the University of Akron.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats, Maverick and Winston. She loves exploring new restaurants around Indianapolis, planning trips, and spending time with family and friends.
