Chrissy took the scenic route getting to Carson Design Associates. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology, she spent several years in Regulated Healthcare Market Research conducting comprehension testing, perception testing, home use studies, etc.  Next, she joined the construction industry assembling project proposals and managing document control.  After 11 years it was time for a change.

At Carson Design, Chrissy specializes in furniture reconfigurations and move coordination at Eli Lilly; using her attention to detail and communication skills to support the ongoing development of corporate spaces and relocation of groups within the facility.  Detail-oriented and analytical, Chrissy loves to dig deep to find information, organize data, and put all the pieces of the puzzle together.    

Outside of work I enjoy reading, visiting national parks, volunteering, and snuggles with my dogs (a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, and two rescued pit-mixes .
