Account Coordinator -
Client Team
As an Account Coordinator on our Facility & Workplace Management Client Team, you will be a positive, dynamic and proactive individual, who possesses strong technical, data management and organizational skills.
To be successful in this role at Carson Design Associates, we expect you to have:
Critical thinker - able to look at big picture and plot out how to get from point A to point Z
Information management is imperative to the success of the account
Attention to detail and quality control important to role
The Job Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with data/numbers and spreadsheets for metrics reporting and tracking spreadsheets
Creating templates and reference materials for role related tasks
Tactical aspects to support the strategic role of the Client Account Manager
Administrative support
This core role would encompass the following specifically to the Client Account:
Manage data and developing metrics
prepare presentations and project proposalsIdentify and integrating process improvement solutions as it pertains to information management
Invoice review and reconciliation
Liaison to main office operations team
Required proficiency in:
MS Office Suite
Emphasis on Excel
Experience is a plus in:
BlueBeam
Serraview
Deltek Ajera
This is a full-time position with benefits. Travel may be required.
