Account Coordinator -
Client Team

As an Account Coordinator on our Facility & Workplace Management Client Team, you will be a positive, dynamic and proactive individual, who possesses strong technical, data management and organizational skills.

To be successful in this role at Carson Design Associates, we expect you to have:

  • Critical thinker - able to look at big picture and plot out how to get from point A to point Z

  • Information management is imperative to the success of the account

  • Attention to detail and quality control important to role

The Job Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with data/numbers and spreadsheets for metrics reporting and tracking spreadsheets

  • Creating templates and reference materials for role related tasks

  • Tactical aspects to support the strategic role of the Client Account Manager

  • Administrative support

This core role would encompass the following specifically to the Client Account:

  • Manage data and developing metrics
    prepare presentations and project proposals

  • Identify and integrating process improvement solutions as it pertains to information management

  • Invoice review and reconciliation

  • Liaison to main office operations team

Required proficiency in:

  • MS Office Suite

  • Emphasis on Excel

Experience is a plus in:

  • BlueBeam

  • Serraview

  • Deltek Ajera

This is a full-time position with benefits.  Travel may be required.
